ORIGINAL SHIPMENT OF DRESSES TO ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE

~Inside the USA~

You may ship your dresses through FedEx, which is our preferred method of shipping. All shipments through FedEx come with a tracking number either Ground or Express. You may send your package with signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide a street address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow FedEx shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through UPS Ground or Express. All shipments through UPS come with a tracking number. You may send your package with signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide a street address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow UPS shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to our post office box. Please send with a tracking number and you may send them with signature required or delivery confirmation. Mail your dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. Please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx or UPS. We will email you once the dresses have been received. We will then process them and send you a Registration Invoice.

~International~

International shipping can be done through TNT Post, DHL International, FedEx International or any other reputable shipping company. Please send with a tracking number and you may send them with signature required or delivery confirmation. Please email us and we will provide a street address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow anything other than USPS International shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

If you ARE using USPS International then you may ship to our post office box. Mail your dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003, USA. Please send with a tracking number and you may send them with signature required or delivery confirmation. Once shipped, please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx, UPS, or other international shipping companies. We will email you once the dresses have been received. We will then process them and send you a Registration Invoice.

TRY-ON & RENTAL SHIPPING

The price of the shipment depends on the following factors: dimensions of the box (height, width, and length), weight of shipment, distance to destination, amount of time to destination. Once the package has been prepared and is at the shipping facility, only then will we know the price of shipping. Once back to the Dress Studio, we will process payment and email you the tracking number. Therefore the shipping cost will show on your credit card as a separate charge.

Dresses will be packaged individually within one box. Once you have tried the dresses on or rented them, please pack them just as they came, fill out the enclosed form, tear off the label on top of the box, and replace it with the new one we have provided. This label is not prepaid.

Dresses out for try-on must be mailed back within 48 hrs of receiving them. Dresses will not be out for try-on during Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All dress rentals are a five day rental only. On the sixth day, the dresses should be shipped back. Each day past the ship date a dress is not registered with FedEx, you will be charged $100 late fee per day, per dress for up to 7 days. After 7 days it will be treated as a purchase and you will not receive a refund of any try-on or rental fee, shipping costs and security deposit. This will apply to each dress in the shipment.

FedEx Note
The final pickup time Monday-Friday is 5 PM EST, on Saturday the final pickup is 1 PM EST, there is no FedEx pickup or delivery on Sundays. The earliest delivery option is before 8 AM Monday-Saturday. Saturday delivery costs extra but is available for FedEx First Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight.

~INSIDE THE USA~

All shipping will be done through FedEx Express. Shipments will take 1-3 business days to be received. The packages will be delivered with direct signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. Direct signature means someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery. On the contract you may fill in your FedEx Account number if you have one. Otherwise once the shipping has been processed it will be charged on the credit card provided.

Shipping Options:

FedEx First Overnight, (Earliest Next Business Morning) delivered before 8:00 AM Mon-Sat in highly populated areas or before 10 AM Mon-Sat in less populated areas, Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

FedEx Priority Overnight, delivered before 10:30 AM Mon-Sat in highly populated areas or before 4 PM Mon-Sat in less populated areas, Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

FedEx Standard Overnight, delivered before 3 PM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or before 7 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday Delivery is NOT available.

FedEx 2 Day A.M., (Second Business Morning) delivered before 10:30 AM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or before 12 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday Delivery is NOT available.

FedEx 2 Day, (Second Business Afternoon) delivered before 4:30 PM Mon-Sat in highly populated areas or 7 PM Mon-Sat in less populated areas, Thursday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

FedEx Express Saver, (Third Business Day) deliveried before 4:30 PM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or before 7 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday Delivery NOT available.

USA FedEx Holidays (no pick up or deliveries) on:

-Memorial Day
-4th of July/Independence Day
-Labor Day
-Thanksgiving
-Christmas

~INTERNATIONAL~

All international shipping will be done through FedEx International Priority or Economy. The packages will be delivered with direct signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. Direct signature means someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery. On the contract you may fill in your FedEx Account number if you have one. Otherwise once the shipping has been processed it will be charged on the credit card provided.

Shipping Options:

Priority, (Overnight) delivered the next business day depending on it’s progression through customs.

Economy, (2-5 Business Days) delivered in 2-3 business days in highly populated areas and 4-5 business days in less populated areas, depending on it’s progression through customs.

FedEx International holidays vary per country.

PURCHASE SHIPPING

For purchases if you currently have the dress in your possession, please keep and fill out the Purchase Contract. If you previously tried the dress on and would like to purchase it, please submit the Purchase Contract online and we will ship the dress to you through FedEx. The shipping cost will be charged to your credit card, or we can use the FedEx account number you provide. The package will arrive within 1-3 days for USA clients and 1-5 days for International clients, per your request. It will come signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. We will email you the tracking number once the package has shipped.

OWNER RETURNS

When the registration of your dress expires you will be notified by email. At that time we can discuss an extension of registration, renewal, or return of your dress(es). USA clients may choose FedEx (1-3 business days) or UPS Ground (1-6 business day delivery, which is least expensive). All International owner returns will be shipped through FedEx (1-5 business day delivery). The shipping cost will be charged to your credit card or we can use the FedEx or UPS account number you provide. The package will come signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. We will email you the tracking number once the package has shipped.
